[LanguageBox] BoxHandler parallel parser streams #61

BaseBox should handle multiple streams (user/channels).

Maybe it should be implemented as a new class (Interceptor?)

If currentParser is defined by user/channel is possible to keep multiple contexts at once as if each channel has it's own chatbox.

This seems to be a good idea, although there are lots of cases that it is not desirable.
