[Core] Add instance attributes #99

Concepts describe high level details but we need a way to describe specific instances of that particular concept.

It can be an external structure but somehow accessible by the Knowledge base.

It can be made but I don't think it is really needed, using inheritance is possible to create instances copying all the attributes from a previous concept.
