Implementing the Home Page UI from the Figma Workspace.

@muskankhedia Do I have to implement the Home page UI in AngularJS? If so, then I'll have to unassign myself because I do not specialize in AngularJS. I can implement the Figma model using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap4 & little bit of JavaScript though.

@SubCoder1 AngularJs is only a JS framework which provides some predefined classes and many other features. Further for the UI: HTML, CSS, and bootstrap are only used and some other angular models, which won't be required for UI designing. You can give it a try and feel free to ask any doubts while implementing.

@muskankhedia It's almost done. I'm currently traveling to home right now, so I'll make a PR probably before Monday. It's all because of Corona virus else I would've send it a bit earlier.
