Hash our signed NoID Patient Profile FHIR messages (JSON) and add that hash to the blockchain with a low fee transaction.

Add a RPC call to the Dynamic blockchain wallet that accepts a FHIR message to:

• Sign the message with their DDNS private key
• Hash the signed message with the native blockchain hash algorithm (Argon2d preferred).
• Send a low transaction fee with the hash as an immutable audit that the NoID Patient Profile FHIR message exists at that time.
• The hash is recorded and confirmed by miners on the Dynamic blockchain.
