(DESCRIPTION): The users need to be able to see that the listing is featured. I will gather all listings from the database but put the featured listings last in the loading queue so that they always appear on to of other pins on the map. In addition, if they are featured I will load a different colored pin as well as making it a larger pin.
Admins need to have the ability to turn on/off listings to be featured. Note though, that if the listing is turned off from featured, then the landlord is no longer charged the fee.
(ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA):
All normal pins are black and medium sized.
All featured pins are blue (?) and large sized.
The featured pins show up in front/above the normal pins.
Admin can turn on/off listings to be featured or not.
