(DESCRIPTION):We need a way for Admins to track use. Use https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/eventTrackerGuide

(COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS):

  1. Create a page in the Admin site to display the tracking data.
  2. Across the website, when a user does anything(like click on a button), we Track it
