Update these scoring values (not measurement ranges just scores) for tiers 4-7 for the following measurements Do it yourself ideal measurements reference :

Gonial angle Facial convexity (glabella) Submental cervical angle Orbital vector Total facial convexity Mentolabial angle Recession relative to frankfort plane

Also change the tier 7 range values for all ethnicities. The upper bound of the range should be higher than it was before, updated on the doc).
