Revert "Tweak styles" #2

Reverts HaroldPutman/bingo-cards#1 May need to tweak a bit more. On mobile the extra padding is causing problems. Screen Shot 2019-11-19 at 8 47 00 AM

Hmmm. I guess we need to define what the problems are. If one of the problems is the title row, we should probably find a way to make it part of the grid below so that it retains the same width for each column. If another problem is the height of the columns, then that can also be tweaked easily, although I suspect that may be caused more by the longer content in one cell than the padding. I still think it can be tweaked, so I'll take a look. :)

@HaroldPutman Please go ahead and obliterate my changes and get us back to square one. I will definitely need to find another approach that's a bit more of a dramatic change than this.
