Add Bingo Detection #4

When you get bingo... Nothing happens. Need to detect when a bingo is marked. Keep it simple (only horizontal row, veritcal column or either diagonal).

When you get Bingo It should:

Show a Splash Screen with word BINGO, or flash the BINGO title bar.
Highlight the bingoed cells with a way to still read the prompts
Reset Bingo state at "new game" or if you "un daub" one of the bingo squares.
