I have always enjoyed solving problems in the past. I have a background in economics and business. I also enjoyed Mathematics and History. From these subjects, I developed logical thinking, problem solving and researching skills. I believe these skills are very useful for a career in Tech. Researching is important in UX development, problem solving is important in fixing bugs, logical thinking is important in all tech careers in general. I also enjoy learning and creating things. I am not good at drawing. But through CYF, I have realised that I enjoy programming a lot. A developer creates a picture/website/software using programming languages instead of a pencil. I love this about coding. I think these skills and this new passion will be useful in a career in technology.
