Drop Coqui.TTS in favor of Transformers.pipeline #5

Use Coqui's XTTS model on HF.

Use Transformers.pipeline.

This will radically reduce the size of your container.

This would not have worked.

Instead, I moved coqui into its own api and deployed it to modal
