To make sure our software matches with the expectation of the instructors, it would be helpful to visit one of the office hours held by Prof. Jonathan and showcase our application and presentation slides before the actual presentation. Below time slots are his office hours: Monday 12:30–1:30pm, Tuesday 1–2pm, Thusday 4:30–5:30pm, Friday 3–4:30pm in BA4222.

I think it would make more sense to visit his office hour next week to allow for time to make changes based on his feedback.

Let me know if you are available to visit as behalf of our group. I am available on Tuesday and Friday.

I can do Friday, Tuesday is also fine but I think we need sometime to rehearse before going to the office hour
