Profile Redesign: Implement background photo #131

For this development, we would like to develop a new background photo for the profile page.

The user can easily select their background photo to put on their profile page, but it has to have specific dimensions.

  1. Required dimensions for the profile cover photo: 851 x 315 pixels
  2. Cover page needs to take the 100% of the screen width
