Motivation

(Please outline the motivation for the proposal.) The motivation is to enhance the NeoAlgo repo in such a way that it stays updated with the current popular algorithms and programs

Pitch

(Please explain why this feature should be implemented and how it would be used.) Being a GSSOC'21 Participant , I would like to contribute this programming question " Node to Root Path in a Binary Tree " to NeoAlgo repo , as this question becomes the base of popular Binary Tree Questions being asked in the interviews
