Python GUI application helps to track the Covid status in all across the world.

Fixes HarshCasper#1232

Replace #1232 with the issue number which is fixed in this PR

Ok so first of ll the PR structure is messed up. There is a percentage calculator directory here as well, which am sure you pushed by mistake, so if the branch is active in your local, you can either remove those files, reset and push, or make a new PR.

Secondly, there are a lotttt of PNGs, not required.

Lastly, the code provided by you for tracking COVID is a copy paste from here?

@HarshCasper Definitely copied. @Ash515 am all in for reusing code, but at least make it better or add something, just typing different countries won't count.
