Describe the script

Make a python script that does the following things:

Allow user to create an S3 bucket on AWS and upload a video/audio file to the bucket
Convert Speech to Text using AWS Transcribe API
Sentiment analysis on the retrieved text using IBM Watson tone analysis API
Delete the objects in S3 bucket
