[script request]: Download current date's news paper. #1322

Describe the script

This script will download the last news paper once run. So every one can wake up and read the news paper without warring of searching for them in the web for latest news.

I would fetch the images from epaper api and change it into a pdf.

So There isn't a existing issue or script that downloads the news paper. Please let me know if I missed something. Thanks you. I want to work on this under GSSoC'22
