[ ] Improve the '.gitignore file' sub-section.
- [ ] Add a code block to the 'Syntax' section instead of points.
  - Add the missing syntax from https://riptutorial.com/git/example/885/ignoring-files-and-directories-with-a--gitignore-file
- [ ] Shift the 'Ignore files locally without modifying .gitignore' section to the 'General # 2' section. (TBD)
