Adding a section for opensource programs in website

As this website is on git and github so I think there should be one section about various opensource program.

It can be added at the end of misc section in table of content, or we can create a button along side darkmode section icon ,which will redirect to new page that will tell about opensource programs. there are many open source programs like MLH Fellowship, Outreachy,GSSOC,SWOC,GSOC etc.

A few of them are listed in deepanshu1422/List-Of-Open-Source-Internships-Programs, so you can include the most famous ones, I guess. Do let me know the list before you go ahead with the contribution.

I will add basically these program Google summer of code, Outreachy,Google Seasons of Docs,MLH Fellowship, Girlscript summer of code. before adding the content I will send it to you.

I think it will be better to include the Linux Foundation Mentorship programs (https://www.linuxfoundation.org/about/diversity-inclusivity/mentorship/) instead of GirlScript Summer of Code.

I didn't use asciidoctor before, I tried installing it , it was asking for an RVM setup. what was it please provide some references. as I haven't been familiar with these terms.
