Updated version and dependencies #93

Updated Spring Boot, cloud, lombok and micrometer versions and have added dependency versions in each dependency ( as it is a good practice to specify dependency versions in each dependency, it will help to avoid conflicts and help future contributors to clearly understand the code base.)
