Just one Proxy-Authenticate header is displayed, even if there are two #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure HTTP proxy (e.g. Squid) to accept Basic-Auth and Digest-Auth
2. Configure your browser to use that HTTP proxy
3. Active httpfox
4. Request a resource over the proxy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In the 407-response you should see two Proxy-Authenticate HTTP headers.

Proxy-Authenticate: Digest realm="test-realm", nonce="cRypt0myTeStNounc3",
qop="auth", stale=false
Proxy-Authenticate: Basic realm="test-realm"

In wireshark you can see, that two headers are sent from the http proxy.

In httpfox I see just the first header.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

httpfox 0.8.12
Firefox 23.0.1
Debian Linux Squeeze
