Replace Report "Us" to Report "Theft" #74

Describe the bug

The word report Us seems like a wrong usage of the word as it seems like they're reporting the police itself.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior: Us can be replaced by Theft so as to match the navbar.
