Let's add support for SPM in Xcode 11! I've been using this from my own fork and would love to contribute it back.

Thank you for this PR! Seeing as how I’m working on a big update right now (see #109), I’m just going to hold off on merging this until that is done, I’d rather not add SPM support only to have a breaking release within a couple weeks.
