Make it be able to have animations for the top and the bottom screen #12

I will maybe do it in the future, but first I want to do things like using a bottom screen splash and using it as background for the informations shown on the screen (like debug output, or showing the current state of loading to the user). I also want to improve the overall loging on the bottom screen to allow automatic scrolling(could be usefull for more detailed debug output) and clearing and improve the compability with old and future payloads. There are also some other things I think about, that could be more helpfull than a bottom screen animation. Also keep in mind that the sd reading speed is vey limited on the 3ds, so playing more than one animation at a time reduces the overall framerate, which is another reason why bottom screen animations currently have a very low priority for me.
