Add fallback to arm9loaderhax.bin #2

Adds in the option to use regular arm9loaderhax.bin when arm9bootloader.bin isn't present.

That's a good idea, I will test and check it out later.

I added it with some modifications in the newest commit, together with an sd-card check. If you have a hardmod maybe you could test it.
