Notifications are working in Windows - Service but not in Web-Service #55

Hi,
The certificate is installed on the machine.
Both windows service and web-service uses the same certificate.
I am getting notification through Window-Service.
But the web-service failed.
Getting the Error
The credentials supplied to the package were not recognized

Can any one help for this..?
