Update image store #111

This PR refactors the image_store to use the media_management_sdk library.

Notes:

This is not intended to change the existing behavior, since we are just swapping out the implementation of the API calls.
The unit tests for the API calls are now the responsibility of the media_management_sdk library, so most of those have been removed.
This has been deployed to DEV for testing.

Thanks @dodget @joshuagetega. I think it's definitely worth updating the README to document how to use and/or incorporate other backends. I think I'd like to do that in a follow-up PR after the merge, since the README needs significant updating anyway. I've added a story to our backlog to that effect.
