Contains the currently-in-development project by HarvardX to bring the annotation tool currently living in the edX platform to a more accessible LTI implementation.
Fixes an error when annotations do not have associated tags (see screenshot below from console). The bug manifested itself by not rendering the annotations in the sidebar, even though the user could see highlights on the text to indicate there were annotations. This issue only seems to occur when highlight options are disabled (another symptom).
