UI - Clearly indicate the function of a button

As a user I want to clearly understand what will happens when I select a button, especially when it does something unexpected So that when I see the "Add Image to Library" button the 'caret' icon will prepare me to view a drop-down like component (similar to Add People LTI tool)

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add the 'caret' icon next to the button label 'Add Image to Library'
• [ ] Similar to the Add People LTI tool and Boostrap Single button dropdowns, the caret can remain the same whether the panel below is expanded or collapsed

  Definition of Done

• [ ] Check into version control
• [ ] Code review
• [ ] Unit/Regression Tests
• [ ] Passes continuous integration tests (automation via Travis)
• [ ] Meets acceptance criteria
