restore mirroring of bintools master repo on github #36

The mirroring of bintools onto github seems to be broken. Compare https://github.com/Harvard-PRINCESS/finch-bintools/commits/master and https://www.eecs.harvard.edu/~dholland/hg/princess/bintools/

Also, the github repo should be readonly.

If you don't want to deal set the issue back to me and I'll set something up fresh.

better for you to set something fresh up and garbage collect the old repo. i never set up a cron job for the old mirroring command since i just ran it by hand when i saw or needed updates.

ok I'll take care of it eventually. In the meantime the link above leads to a current Mercurial repo, and it won't kill anyone to type hg clone :-)

Well, it did until #37. Until that gets sorted out, anyone who wants access should come talk to me. :-/
