remove the literate haskell markup from hamlet and modify Hakefile to match

Hi, @mwookawa - which platforms have you tested this on? What programs/tests did you run?

i believe i ran it up to and including the command:

hake.sh -s ..... -a armv7 -a armv8 -a x86_64 ... success?

i then built the Versatile express EMM A15x2 target. i believe this succeeded. all of this was on nomnomnom.seas.harvard.edu

hamlet generated files by this branch and dev branch are the same for all three architectures, lgtm
