Alewife C backend

• branch called dev_alewife_v1
• new barrelfish tool called alewife
• get a Hakefile that will run some ocaml
• steal the Coq C AST implementation (just the ocaml parts)

Coq C AST isn't a real thing, instead I stole the C AST from FrontC.

Still need to: get Hake to compile OCaml, hook-up FrontC and make some examples of AST -> C to check it works.
