FVP on Docker/CircleCI #90

this software can be installed/licensed from a shell script, configure it with docker and get circle ci to run tests against it

Docker is not suited for virtualizing the FVP software tools; the image on ahp-fvp-docker is >2GB without even having run the installation script. Unfortunately, we cannot throw something that big around cloud network with suffering the bandwidth $$.

If you would like to test your code using FVP on your Ubuntu host, then you can find the install instructions for the trial here and the binaries here.

@CrystalMei sorry I tried I know you want to detach from that pesky little 🐼 board - I'll try and get GEM5 running on docker and hopefully that will suffice. I hope to defend at group meeting this week that we should stick to x86 QEMU (in terms of productivity and getting to CP2).
