What version of Python? #2

Howdy, I have been going around with this but I keep getting caught up in dependency tangles. Can you let me know the version of python you got this to work with and if there were any special tricks to getting it to work?

I've been trying with 3.6.9 however the setup of this is very complicated, requirements.txt is not present, and the dependencies are a nightmare.
