Nginx ajax file upload error #212

I'm trying to upload a file via ajax, but it doesn't work. It works ok via a 
normal form submit. Maybe is a server issue, as I'm running nginx? This is the 
error message I get from php:
"Notice: Undefined index: name in..."

The form is configured like this:

        $form->configure(array(

                "ajax" => 1,
                "ajaxCallback" => "parseJSONResponse",
                "action" => "",
