Added react dapp and wallet examples #179

Both example apps are built using create-react-app and use hashconnect ^0.2.4

The dapp is a simple dapp that can generate a pairing string and create a transaction to send 1 HBAR to another account. The wallet can pair to hashconnect dapps using pairing strings and approve transactions.
