Top of scroll bar on feed not visible, hidden by top nav. #121

Go to Feed Drag scroll handle up - it drags up and under the top nav. When you scroll to the top of the Feed, the handle is not visible, hidden under the top nav.

Small issue, massive under-taking to achieve. Need to redesign layout very heavily and this isn't going to happen in next few months.. trying to clear out small items from GH so I can prioritize.
