No LMAD button if you don't have Venmo set up and sell something #156

On a user that doesn't have Venmo set up:

  1. Sell something - at the end, when it asks you to enter Venmo info, click X to skip it.
  2. As buyer, find item - no Let's Make a Deal button visible.

So is the solution (A) if seller hasn't set up Venmo yet when a buyer clicks on LMAD button the seller is told "someone's interested but you need to enter a payment method in order to discuss a deal" ? Or (B) do we not let them create an ad without having Venmo? I vote A.

New build pushed to staging that resolves this issue. Also reminder emails sent to buyer will dynamically contain "pay with venmo" button.
