Cannot open same splash screen twice #163

  1. Conduct a search
  2. click on results to open splash screen
  3. press escape button, or back button to leave splash screen
  4. click on same result to open splash screen again.

Issue: splash screen wont open.

This was caused by enabling "sticky states" on splash routes. Will test then close.

@devinmckinney please test that this is resolved. I've pushed to staging. Close this bug if resolved. Thanks.
