Click offer button twice-- opens splash #164

  1. go into your watchlist
  2. click on offers button to expand
  3. click on offers button again to collapse

Issue: offers does not collapse.. instead it goes to splash screen.

Hrmmm.. appears this was also caused by sticky states. Will deploy, test, then close if confirmed resolved.
