Seller's realtime offer notification does not show up. Only email. #167

  1. Search for item for sale.
  2. click item for sale.
  3. place an offer
  4. Seller does not receive a realtime notification on FIRST offer.. only counter offers show up for seller.

Actually, this was caused because the seller never joined the socket.io room immediately after posting the new ad. instead they would have to refresh to subscribe to the room, thus they often didn't get first notification.

@devinmckinney please test that this is resolved. I've pushed to staging. Close this bug if resolved. Thanks.
