Acceptance email has incorrect time in when field. #169

  1. Buyer accepts the sellers counter proposal.
  2. The acceptance email received by both the buyer and the seller has incorrect time!

I can't reproduce this on my local machine.. works every time.

@devinmckinney please test that this is resolved. I've pushed to staging. Close this bug if resolved. Thanks.

Definitely still seeing it, accepted offer confirmations and accepted counteroffer confirmations are all off by 7 hours, so the email shows it 7 hours later than what is chosen.

Duplicate issue here that needs to be handled in Notification-svc repo. Closing ticket here.
