When a user deletes their posting the following should occur.
1) All associated images are deleted from amazon S3
2) All cached versions of their posts (prerender.io) should be deleted.
3) All questions and offers associated with posts are deleted from database.
4) All users who placed an offer on the deleted posting should be notified the item has been deleted and the item should be removed from their watchlist?
5) Ask the seller if they'd like us to delete the posts off their ebay, twitter, and facebook.
