Hit ESC in create account dialog, get Verification Email notification #199

  1. Be logged out
  2. Click Create Account - Create Account dialog displays
  3. Press ESC - dialog goes away, Verification Email Sent notification appears
  4. Press ESC again, notification goes away

No email sent. ESC should dismiss Create Account dialog without putting up notification
