Need to gracefully prevent user from picking Craigslist if they aren't on Chrome #212

I think you mentioned this, but I'm just documenting it.

Do we just put a special note on the dialog where they would click the CL icon?

"To post to Craigslist, you need to use the Chrome browser on your desktop computer."
