Favorite status not in sync

1. conduct a search.
2. note the favorited status of an item.
3. click on that item to go into detailed view.
4. Toggle the favorite status while in detailed view.
5. exit the detailed view and go back to results.
6. notice the favorite status on the result is not in sync.
