Add to software:

HTS_Beta_Agreement - display on registration, with “Accept” and “Do Not Accept” buttons at the bottom. HTS_Privacy_Policy - put link in footer on every page HTS_Terms_of_Use - put link in footer on every page HTS_Posting_Rules - put on server, linked from other documents.

Brad - let's do one edit cycle in Word before you put on web - I think we can get them close or done, that way you only have to do it once.
