During the entire buy/sell 360 workflow a series of green notification windows appear, as well as emails. Please document here (link to google doc maybe) what suggested changes should be made to these communications.
When a seller receives a question on their item for sale see a notification if they're logged in (need email verbiage suggestion.. no email sent currently).
After a buyer sends a question to a posting they are notified the question was sent.
If somebody else asks a question on an item in your watch list you're notified if currently logged in. (should we send email?.. I think no.)

During Meeting Request workflow
When a seller receives a meeting request on their item for sale they see a notification if they're logged in. (need email verbiage suggestion.. no email sent currently)
After a buyer sends a meeting request to a posting they are notified the meeting request was sent.
When a seller declines a meeting request they are notified they're declination was sent.
When a seller declines a meeting request the buyer is notified. (need email verbiage suggestion.. no email sent currently)
When a seller accepts a meeting request they are notified they acceptance was sent. (Need edits to this email sent to the seller).
When a seller accepts a meeting request the buyer is notified of the acceptance. (Need edits to this email sent to the seller).
Transactions
24 hours before the buyer and seller are scheduled to meet an email should be sent. What does the email to buyer say? What does the email to seller say?
If the buyer chooses to use online payment during their scheduled meeting an email is sent to both buyer and seller confirming the successful transaction. What does the buyer email say? What does the seller email say?
If the buyer and seller used cash during their scheduled meeting we cannot verify the item was sold. How long do we wait to send a follow up email to buyer and seller. What does the buyer email say? What does the seller email say?
