Staging / Production & build.hashtagsell.com down

I'm at a bit of a loss. I can't redeploy HTS because I can't access build.hashtagsell.com:8080 (times out). Our posting API doesn't seem to be resolving.

Josh, can you take a quick peak in the morning and report back? I'll then begin wrapping up some bugs that Devin has pointed out to me.

On the go, but some quick thoughts:

• posting-api in both staging and production will no longer respond to any servers/clients that are not in either the staging-app or production-app security groups, respectively. You'll have to add an exception for your local IP to that security group in order to seeing posting-api respond to any requests... the apps in those environments will work well without modification
• build.hashtagsell.com:8080 was loading for me great when I tried it this morning... I force redeployed hts-app just now though - looks like the last build was 6 days ago

The first bullet point seems to mean that posting API isn't accessible from HTSapp.
