Setup the deployment in Netlify and then make sure that every commit made in the codebase can be deployed by another pre-commit hook.

Goals:

Deploy previews to test out how components are on build
- Will help spot any performance deficiencies
Pre-commit hook to build on every hook will ensure that codebase remains robust
